Packed Court Last Night! Huge Thanks to the coaching team

What a turnout at last night’s women’s training session! The energy was high, the court was full, and the pace was fantastic.

It’s exciting to see women’s handball growing so quickly, but last night didn't happen by chance. It’s the direct result of the huge personal time investment from our coaches, Ted and Josh.

Since the start of the year, Ted and Josh have put in serious hours to ensure every new player receives quality coaching and a warm welcome.

Why Last Night Was a Blast:

• Great Numbers: Full court, fast breaks, and intensity from start to finish.

• A Welcoming Vibe: A mix of regular players and new faces getting straight into the action.

A massive thank you to Ted and Josh—plus a special nod to Pepe and all our other coaches—for their hard work behind the scenes, and to everyone who brought 100% to the floor last night!
